Fiji Got Prime Minister as Voreqe Bainimarama took oath
On 22nd September 2014, Voreqe Bainimarama sworn in as new Prime Minister of Fiji at ceremony held at Government House of Suva. He won elections by winning 60 percent of seats.
Third India-Bangladesh Joint Consultative Commission meet held in New Delhi
On 20th September 2014, The third India-Bangladesh Joint Consultative Commission (JCC) meet was held in New Delhi, which was co-chaired by Union External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and her Bangladeshi counterpart Abul Hassan Mahmood Ali.
The meeting focused on review of progress of initiatives in various sectors of the relationship.
New Zealand re-elected John Key as Prime Minister for third term
