Bharti Airtel signed agreement with Mumbai based Loop Mobile

Bharti Airtel signed agreement with Mumbai based Loop Mobile. It is the first telecom merger and acquisition (M&A) deal since the government finalised its policy for it. 

The deal between Airtel and Loop is expected to stand at 700 crore rupees. 

Loop is the oldest mobile service provider in Mumbai.
