SSC Officer Technical entry in Indian Army

INDIAN ARMY

INDIAN ARMY has notified 47th SSC (Technical) Men and 18th SSC (Technical) Women (October 2016) and invites applications from from married/ unmarried male and unmarried female Engineering Graduates and also from Widows of Defence Personnel for grant of Short Service Commission in the Indian Army in all Arms/ Services for the course commencing in October 2016 at Officers Training Academy (OTA),Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Following are the required details : 

47th SSC (Technical) for Men 

• Total Post : 100 posts in various Engineering streams
• Age Limit : 20-27 years

18th SSC (Technical) Women 

• Total Post : 10 posts in various Engineering streams
• Age Limit : 20-27 years

Widows of Defence Personnel 

• Total Post : 01 post
• Age Limit : 19-29/20-31 years

Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs.5400 and MPS Rs.6000/-
