Lewis Clarke became youngest person to reach South Pole
Updated : 25-Jan-2014Lewis Clarke, 16 years old became the youngest person to reach to the South Pole on 18 January 2014.
Clarke spent 48 days at temperature of -40 Celsius and winds of up to 193 km/h.
Clarke hails from Bristol, UK.
Important to Note : Earlier this record was with 18 year old Sarah Mc Nair Landry from Canada who made it in 2005.
