Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal gave resignation to protest the blocking of an anti-corruption bill

Arvind Kejriwal announces the resignation of AAP government in Delhi and hands over his resignation to Lt Governor Najeeb Jung thus ending his government after 49 days.

Important to note : 

Arvind Kejriwal has resigned after his push for the anti-corruption Jan Lokpal Bill was blocked in the state legislature by law-makers from the Congress and the BJP.

He said that Congress and the BJP didn’t let us table the Jan Lokpal bill because we filed FIR against Mukesh Ambani.
