Name of four European countries which launched Transformative Carbon Asset Facility - Germany, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland
Name of the four European countries which have launched the Transformative Carbon Asset Facility (TCAF) to boost large scale climate action in developing countries in Paris are Germany, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland.
This is in total 500 million US dollars initiative which will focus on the find new ways to create incentives aimed at large scale cuts in greenhouse gas emissions in developing countries to combat climate change.
This new initiative is planned to start operations in 2016 with an initial expected commitment of more than 250 million US dollars from contributing countries.
Name of rocket which was used to lift off Cygnus Cargo Spaceship to ISS - Atlas V rocket
On 6th December 2015, United Launch Alliance Atlas V (401 configuration) rocket carrying the OA-4 Cygnus cargo spacecraft was lifted off towards International Space Station (ISS). This cargo spacecraft is much needed as it will carry food, clothing, computer gear, spacewalk equipment, science experiments and other supplies. As before it many attempts were failed to send this supply.

On 6th December 2015, Two commemorative coins of 125 rupees and 10 rupees were released by Prime Minister Narendra Modi as part of 125th birth anniversary year celebrations of Dr. Babasaheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar. These coins were issued on 6th December because 6th December was the day when he breathed his last (6th December 1956).

Dr. Babasaheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar was born in 14th April 1891 in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh. He was a great social reformer and economist. He was first law minister of Independent India and was heading panel responsible to write Constitution of India.
From which country India received first consignment of uranium - Canada
Among Important National Current Affairs, On 4th December 2015, India received its first uranium consignment from Canda. It was approx 2730 tonnes. This will be used by India's nuclear power reactors. The consignment consists of uranium mined and milled at Cameco's McArthur River and Key Lake operations in northern Saskatchewan.
It was shipped as per contract signed during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Ottawa in 2015.

Singapore replaced which country as top source of FDI into India - Mauritius
During April-September of 2015-16 financial year, Singapore replaced Mauritius as top source of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) into India as per the announcement made by the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion of Ministry of Commerce and industry. India received 43096 crore rupees as FDI from Singapore between 15 April and 15 September 2015. If we talk about Mauritius then it was 23490 crore rupees.
Arvind Subramanian-led panel recommended standard rate for GST at - 17-18%
Among Important Financial Current Affairs, On 4th December 2015, Chief Economic Advisor Arvind Subramanian led panel submitted its report on Possible Tax rates under Goods and Services Tax (GST) to Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and recommended standard rate for GST at 17 to 18 percent though it excluded real estate, electricity and alcohol and petroleum products. The committee, however, did not favour putting the GST rate in Constitution Amendment Bill.
Armed Forces Flag Day was observed across India on - 7th December
On 7th December 2015, Armed Forces Flag Day was observed across India. This day was observed with a purpose to collect the funds from people all around the country for the wellbeing of the staff of the Indian Armed Forces.
