Among Sports Current Affairs, On 3rd November 2015, Former Pakistan Cricket captain Shoaib Malik announced his retirement from International Test Cricket though he will be playing third test match against England at UAE.

APJ Abdul Kalam Amrut Yojna for pregnant and lactating women was approved by - Maharashtra Govt
On 3rd November 2015, Maharashtra Government approved APJ Abdul Kalam Amrut Yojna for pregnant and lactating women in the tribal areas of the state which is a revised scheme.
Following are the highlights of this scheme :
Under this scheme free meal will be provided for six months which will begin from third trimester of pregnancy to the three months period after delivery.
This scheme is expected to benefit over 1.9 lakh women in very first year.
Which country reopened Consulate General in Mumbai after four decades - Norway
On 3rd November 2015, Norway reopened its Consulate General in Mumbai after four decades. It was closed in 1973. Foreign Minister of Norway Borje Brende reopened it in suburban Mumbai just next to Sweden's Consulate General.
This will be headed by Norwegian diplomat Torbjorn Holthe.
Cricketer Tom Graveney passed away, he played for - England
On 3rd November 2015, Former England Cricketer Tom Graveney passed away. He was 88 years old. He was one of the only 25 players to have made more than a hundred hundreds.
He played total 79 Tests for England and scored 4882 runs. To score these runs he made 11 centuries.
Book titled "Interlinking of Indian Rivers" is authored by - Radha Kant Bharati
On 3rd November 2015, Book "Interlinking of Indian Rivers" which is authored by Radha Kant Bharati was launched by Chairman of Central Water Commission (CWC) AB Pandya.
This book is based on research which explains the social, economic and commercial significance of linking of rivers in the country. It also discusses National Water Policy and disputes over the sub-continent of India.

This is a story about two athletes in the 1924 Olympics: a devout Scottish Christian who runs for the glory of God, and an English Jew who runs to overcome prejudice.

Who heads the SIT which submitted its third report on Black Money - Justice MB Shah
Among National Current Affairs, On 3rd November 2015, Special Investigation Team (SIT) on Black Money headed by Justice MB Shah submitted its third report to the Ministry of Finance.
The SIT found that over 2600 persons are directors on more than 20 companies and at least 20 companies are operating from the same address at 345 places which indicate the violation of Companies Act, 2013.
