Who has won the fbb Femina Miss India 2015 title - Aditi Arya
Among the important National Current Affairs, On 28th March 2015, Aditi Arya of Delhi won the fbb Femina Miss India 2015 title at the 52nd edition of the beauty contest held at Yash Raj Studio in Mumbai. Koyal Rana, Femina Miss India 2014 crowned her with the title.
Aafreen Rachel Vaz of Mangaluru, Karnataka was the first runner-up and Vartika Singh of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh was the second runner-up for fbb Femina Miss India 2015.
Aditi Arya will personify India at Miss World 2015; Aafreen Rachel will participate at Miss International 2015, while Vartika Singh will take part at the Miss Grand International beauty pageants.
Michael Clarke retired from - ODI cricket
Among the important Sports Current Affairs, On 29th March 2015, Michael Clarke, the Australian cricketer, retired from One Day Internationals (ODI) after winning 2015 Cricket World Cup. He will carry on with Australian cricket team in the Test matches.
With this, Clarke joined Steve Waugh, Ricky Ponting and Allan Border in the elite group of Australia's captains who had won World Cup. After winning the title, Clarke dedicated the World Cup to the late Phillip Hughes whose tragic death during a domestic game shook the cricketing world.
About Michael Clarke
On 6th October 2004, he played his debut Test match against India at Bangalore; while, On 19th January 2003, Clarke played his debut ODI match against England at Adelaide. Michael Clarke Nicknamed Pup, is a right-handed middle-order batsman, a periodic left-arm orthodox spin bowler and also a slip catcher.
Madan Mohan Malaviya posthumously awarded - Bharat Ratna
Among the important National Current Affairs, On 30th March 2015, educationist and Freedom fighter, Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya was presented the highest civilian award of the country Bharat Ratna posthumously. President Prabab Mukherjee at a function in the Ashoka hall of the Rashtrapati Bhavan presented the award to his family members.
Pt. Madan Mohan Malaviya or Mahamana Malaviya’s family was honoured for his outstanding work in country's freedom struggle and in the field of education.
He was born on 25th December 1861 in Allahabad. He completed his studies from Calcutta University and became a school teacher. Besides this, he had also served as a newspaper editor and practiced as a lawyer. Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and Hindu Mahasabha was originated by him only.

Among the important International Current Affairs, On 28th March 2015, Earth Hour 2015 was observed globally from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The theme for the global campaign was Change Climate Change. This was the 9th edition of the Earth Hour that started in 2007.
Earth Hour 2015 was observed across 172 nations and territories and around 1400+ iconic landmarks of the world switched off the lights. On the last Saturday of March between 8:30 and 9:30 pm, Earth Hour is observed as a global campaign with a simple message to switch off non-essential lights for one hour as a commitment to the planet.
Earth Hour is coordinated by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) since 2007 when it was first observed in Sydney, Australia.
