Metallizing Equipment Company.
Key Facts- The technology is known as controlled segmented Yttria-Stabilised Zirconia- Plasma sprayed coating technology. It has prospective to reduce thermal spray coating price by almost 50 percent.
- It develops vertical segmentation in coating, worthwhile for gas turbine engine application utilised in spacecraft.

coatings. - These current techniques develop such cracks through most expensive processes procedures
and are not controllable. - The YSZ thermal barrier coatings formed by atmospheric plasma sprayed technology has prospective of wider industrial and strategic tolerance. It can be industrially accepted to make a strain-tolerant coating more inexpensive.

functional performance. It consists of the deposition of coatings from stream of high momentum finely
divided particles in molten or semi-molten form impinging onto the substance. These coatings have variety of thickness from thousandth of inch up to 8th of inch.
