Amnesty programme to aid foreign visa violators launched by - UAE

On 1st August 2018, United Arab Emirates (UAE) launched three month visa amnesty programme with an aim to help hundreds of illegal foreign workers. It will allow these workers to leave country without any penalty and will also give them six months to find a job.

Under this programme, Till October 2018, visa violators will be given an amnesty period. Also workers from war torn countries like Syria and Yemen can stay there on one year residence visa without any restrictions. 

Name of high-resolution Earth observation satellite launched by China - Gaofen 11

Optical remote sensing satellite named Gaofen-11 was successfully launched by China. This was the part of high-resolution Earth observation project of China. This was launched from Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in northern Shanxi Province using Long March carrier rocket.

This has been developed by China Academy of Space Technology (CAST). China High-resolution Earth Observation System (CHEOS) was initiated in 2010 and aimed to complete by 2020.
In Chinese Meaning of Gaofen is high resolution.
