Name the first Tibetan language search engine - Cloud Tibet
Among the Important Technology Current Affairs, Among the important International Currrent Affairs, On 11th January 2016, the testing of the country’s first Tibet language search engine Cloud Tibet was started by China.
A team of developers of the Tibetan language research center launched the Cloud Tibet project in April 2013.
The search engine would serve around 1.2 million users is expected to be released in the second half of 2016.

On 10th January 2016, one of the most influential recording artists, David Bowie passed away at the age of 69.
Bowie was famous for electronica, hard rock, art rock, punk, soul, dance pop and glam rock.

Among the Important Sports Current Affairs, On 11th January 2016, the Ballon d'Or trophy for the world’s best football player was won for the fifth time by Barcelona forward Lionel Messi.
He received 41.33 % votes and awarded in the award ceremony in Zurich.
While, with 27.76 % votes, real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo was at the second place and Neymar with 7.86 % votes stood at the third position.
Apart from this, the Women's player of the year award was bagged by US midfielder Carli Lloyd.

Which dance has entered Guinness Book of World Records - Kullu’s Nati folk
Among the Important National Current Affairs, In January 2016, the title of the world's largest folk dance in the Guinness Book of World Records was given to The Nati folk dance of Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh.
On 26th October 2015, during International Dussehra festival, a total of 9892 women participated in this folk dance in their traditional colourful Kulluvi.
Earlier in the year 2014, about 8760 artists performed it at the Kullu Dussehra festivities and got registered in the Limca Book of Records.

- Earlier he had also served as Registrar General and Census Commissioner of India and Joint Secretary, Department of Fertilizers in the Union Government.
India's second centre to produce a cloned buffalo - CIRB
Among the Important Science Current Affairs, On 11th December 2015, a cloned buffalo offspring Cirb Gaurav was successfully produced by the Scientists at Central Institute for Research on Buffaloes (CIRB) in Hisar.
Now, CIRB has became the India’s second and world’s third institute to produce cloned buffalo.
Earlier, the first institute to produce a cloned calf in India was National Dairy Research Institute in Karnal.

Lokmanya Tilak-Kazipet Anandwan Express flagged by - Union Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu
On 11th January 2016, a new train service 22127/22128 Lokmanya Tilak(T)-Kazipet Anandwan Express was flagged remotely from Rail Bhawan by Union Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu.
The train will run between Mumbai and Kazipet of Telangana, via Chandrapur and Wardha of Maharashtra once in a week.
The train will cover a distance of 1110 kilometres for 19 hours 15 minutes and has its departure on Monday at 11:30 and will arrive the destination on the following day at 6:45.
