India inked Civil nuclear cooperation agreement with which country - Vietnam
Among Important Agreements, On 9th December 2016, India and Vietnam inked MoU of civil nuclear cooperation. This agreement was inked during the visit of President of Vietnam's National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.
Important to mention here that this type of agreement was also inked between India and Japan in November 2016.

$100 million loan was cancelled by world bank for which country - Pakistan
Among Important Financial Current Affairs, $100 million loan to Pakistan was cancelled by World Bank as this loan was meant for natural gas efficiency project.
This loan was cancelled as project was failed to make developmental objectives. Delay in project resulted in cancellation of the loan.
Cargo service between Tibet and Nepal was launched by - China
On 9th December 2016, China launched new cargo service between Tibet and Nepal. This was route is connected by Road and Railways which connects Guangdong, Tibet and Nepal and will serve a major boost in trade.
Nepal is majorly dependent on India for trade so it will also affect India in some way.
Which TV channel was launched to promote cashless India - Digishala TV Channel
As you know there is major push by Indian Government towards the cashless India, to support this new tv channel was launched, name of channel is Digishala TV and this was launched by Union Information and Technology Minister Ravishankar Prasad.
This channel will encourage and teach common people to use digital payments effectively.
